Veneers

The ceramic veneer shells are manufactured in the individually required shape in order to give the affected tooth or teeth the ideal aesthetics. They are simply glued onto those teeth that are to be visually modified. Since several teeth can be improved with the use of such veneers, this method can be used to create a visually appealing and natural-looking row of teeth.

Veneers can be applied quickly and are long-lasting and secure. We therefore see them as the ideal solution if you want a purely aesthetic improvement to your teeth.

Since veneers are made of all-ceramic material, they last a very long time. You do not have to worry about discoloration and the tooth on which the veneer is applied only needs to be pre-treated to a minor extent. Last but not least, veneers are not affected by diseases such as tooth decay.

For conventional veneers, impressions of the jaw are first made. The veneers are then newly fabricated in the dental laboratory. At a second treatment appointment, the veneers can finally be inserted.

However, the contemporary procedure is Cerec 3D: the dental impressions are digitally captured and thus the veneers can be produced and inserted within a few hours. For patients, this means: The treatment is fully completed after a single session.

Veneers are not covered by statutory health insurance. For privately insured patients and patients covered by TRICARE, the individual insurance plan is applicable.
